Special Design of Axial fans AND Rosenberg

AND axial fans are available as explosion proof type. The maximum shaft power is limited to 22kW. The explosion proof fans are in accordance to ATEX standards with the marking II2GcIIBT3X. They are suitable for use in and for conveying in Zone 1 & 2. Exe or Exd explosion proof motor, depending on the application, can be used.

Anti-static FRP or PAGAS blades with aluminum hub are used as a standard. Aluminum impellers with anti-spark track at fan casing are also available. These anti-spark track isolate the steel casing from the blades, thus preventing the possibility of a static electric spark.

Due to the larger annular gap of explosion proof fans, a power loss (5% in volume flow and 15% in pressure) must be taken into consideration during selection.

Smoke Extract for Axial fans AND Rosenberg

AND axial fans are suitable for smoke extract system. Only aluminum impellers are used. Fan casings are made from mild steel with hot dipped galvanised finishing as standard.

Special high temperature rated at 2500C for two hours, one time continuous run, class H insulation, IP55 motors are used. For higher temperature range, please consult our sales representatives.

Epoxy Coating for Axial fans AND Rosenberg

Epoxy coating on casing is available on special request. The fans are painted with protective epoxy coating paints in situations where they are exposed to chemical solvents, salt water and other corrosive atmospheric conditions.
